My name is Viktor Andrade
I founded Atlantic Bridge to leverage my 15 years of experience in corporate development and investment banking, gained through leadership roles at Ernst & Young (EY).
Throughout my career, I have successfully led and executed numerous M&A transactions across multiple industries and countries.
My expertise spans a wide range of deal types, including Sell-Sides, Buy-Sides, Fund-Raising, Spin-offs, Carve-outs, Divestitures, and Accelerated Disposals, with a proven track record in cross-border and diversified transactions.
I have worked with a diverse array of clients, including Private Equity firms, Corporations, Family Businesses, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Funds, and Start-ups across various sectors.
